Hiya! The link for C18 is on page one of this thread. There are really good bargains in C18. Don't miss: Hairbrushes and all the haircare stuff on 3 for £5! Lotus shield is amazing!!! If people have ordered those from you in C1 you may be able to get creative and order them in C18 cheaper and make a little more cash! I have had 2 lotus shield free from this! (Love that stuff!)
Also the make-up has loads of half price, and you can get the free gift if you spend £12! I have had a ball with it. Can you tell?! lol Xmas pressies galore!
I've ordered some half price hair yoghurt (C18) and then the 99p perfect wear make up remover (C1) to use as free gifts for my customers at Xmas. The make up remover is normally £5 so hoping it will encourage them to buy it

meant to be reminding my customers that orders need to be in by friday and collect a book from a new customer but i swear this cold is getting worse by the day, feel mentally drained, everytime i cough my head hurts! OH cant understand why I havent done hardly anything today and why im still in my pjs! even asked if i wanted to go shopping! but not upto it and plus lost a family member 3 years today so i think thats making me worse!

have decided to back order from c18 for christmas gifts!

Hope you feel better soon Chelsey. The colds lately seem to be much worse and harder to get rid of. I used to use actifed to fend it off, but can't seem to get it these days

I am going to try and get my C2 orders sorted before Xmas as people are so busy over the festive period. Putting the books in with the orders on Friday for delivery, and hoping to drop books out tomorrow too to those who didn't order in C1. If I can get them back Sun/ Mon I hope to use them again before Xmas and maybe some between Xmas and newyr. Guaranteed it won't happen though!!!

Thanks! ive been dosed up on cold and flu tablets and taking ibrofen to try and shift it! but yeah you are right they see, to worse and harder to get rid off these days! ruddy things!

Oh well, sorry I couldn't be of more help on the returns thing. You'd think Avon would be able to send out a sheet in the post (or just a copy of your whole invoice) so hopefully they can do something like that.

Bizarre delivery attempt: man looked me straight in the eye and did nothing. At that point I was in his house! I've been told previously that I can open the porch door to collect a book and since he hadn't heard the knocks at the porch door I decided to step in and knock on the main one. BTW, every time I knocked on either door the dogs did several minutes of barking "someone's at the door!" and running around the way dogs do. The only thing I can think of is that he was cutting up some food that he didn't want the dogs to get at, although the dogs weren't trying to get at the food anyway. Going to see if I've got a phone number so I can set another time to go around. I didn't take my "missed you" cards, don't expect to need them on the second try...

Yes, ring the Customer Services Helpline and ask them to post some return bar code labels out to you. Am really surprised there weren't any on your first invoice (they don't come with every invoice but... hey.... it's commonsense to give you some at the outset).

Am loving the little silver Avon bags now being sent out instead of the free Large Gift Bags (on a ratio 1:4). Have these previously only been 'given/sold' to higher PC members? They look sooo much more professional and seems like you're actually delivering a gift rather than an order. Anyone got any further information on them?

Thank you - I will phone tomorrow. I didn't get an invoice with my order at all, I only have the copy I printed off my account.

I only got double the amount! Mind you, mine were creatively ordered so used some for pressies for customers.

Those entitled to a free one, I have given it to them as an item brand new, not used to put their order in. That way the customer can use them as they wish.
