Well, was out and about doing my first lot of C1 deliveries tonight. I had decided not to do C2 and then just put out C2/C3 together in the New Year, but one of my customers produced a book delivered by another rep tonight!!! It was dropped last week. Must be a new rep as it wasn't in a bag. It only had her first name and mobile number on so I tried to phone but when I finally got through to someone they had never heard of a Helen, I even checked the number with them! Anyway, I am now worried that she will drop C2 to my customers over christmas before I do!!! What do you guys suggest?
Also, I have some items that were OOS this delivery and customers have cancelled them now, so how do I cancel them from my orders to save having to return and credit etc?Everyone loves a bargain :beer:0 -
I don't think you can cancel, think you have to get it delivered then return it - seems like a waste to me but then I may be wrong.0

I was out from 5-7.30pm tonight and all C1 orders delivered. Was at a customers when another rep dropped C2 off. Apparently she delivers every brochure, never had an order (customer is MINE) but put a Christmas card in anyway. Now thats what you call determined.
Few cards and gifts to get out then I'm done.

Call your ASM, she should have her details and can tell her not to deliver to your road.
email Avon through Contact us on your account and tell them your customers have cancelled the orders for these items and you would like to cancel them all together rather than having delivered and having to credit and return.
They should be able to clear them off your account.0 -
I got my account details today so finally on the avon website, not so worried about everything now.

AAARG, I need your help as I am struggling with my returns. It says I need to use a barcode off the back of my invoice but I didn't get an invoice with my order, I have just printed one off my account and used that. Should I have had an invoice with my order??? What do I do now??

nixinixi - was that your first order, or do you have other invoices from previous ones? I've been tearing return barcodes off my first invoice from C14, so if you have some from an old invoice just use that.I used to have my Avon turnover (sales) here. They've been removed because it's not appropriate to talk about those kinds of sales as if they're realistic for a new Rep to aim for.
I signed up at the right time, right place, and was very lucky.

It was my first order, so no previous invoices to use(I will remember that for the future though. Think I might have to contact AVON.

Im just about to start sorting my c1 order ready to submit it online & remembered i took all my old avon books to the recycling centre yesterday!
Does anyone have a link for a c18 ebrochure? - I like to see what i can back order
