Just spotted a great offer on samples - if you're on campaign 2 - if you log into your account, go to place an order, then on the page where you enter the products you want to order - scroll down the bottom and the offer is there:
Foundation Sample Pack. Get 22 Foundation Samples for just £2! Save £3.50. You'll receive 1 of every shade of Natural Liquid Foundation and 2 of every shade of NEW Smooth Minerals Foundation. Use the samples to help you sell foundations which are the main focus in Brochure 3. The shade finder tool you received in your C1 orders will help you to the right sample shades for your customers!

PMSL - just been messaging a customer to arrange when to deliver her order - its £65, shes always a bit useless being in/having the money - arranged for Tuesday morning which is fine....however then she decides to ask, could you deliver before so I can get it wrapped and then you come for the money tuesday...

erm I think not! How stupid do they think I am! If you wanted it earlier, you should have the money, I know you're waiting for your benefits before you pay me so you'll have to wait cheeky c*w!

RUDE!!! Mind you... there is one lady that gives me a signed cheque and asks me to wait untill her money comes BUT difference is, she works at my work too and has done it a few times and the money has always been there. Your lady still has 3 days to wrap and should have perhaps ordered stuff before the last campaign before xmas if she was so desperate to get it wrapped!

yep if you've qualified you'll receive everything, means you'll end up with more bags than you can shake a stick at lol.

I was well impressed with the offer, have emailed my team to point it out to them - especially as some are missing out c2 so wouldn't notice it and would end up missing out on the offer. even if you're missing out C2, if you order some samples they'll come in the post so you don't need to be about for delivery.

Precisely! Thankfully she was ok with me saying I couldn't deliver without payment. I leave orders with people at work without payment as I know they'll pay me, but not for territory customers, especially not for that amount!

• Im not missing out c2... its too good to miss out!
• hello all, well our xmas do went ahead last night at the castle - it was very surreal not least because of the weather adding to the surroundings, but because it was totally medieval. there were stocks and harpists and jesters, and we had to eat our 4 course meal with our fingers (?!). it was definately an experience! unfortunately we had to leave about 11.15pm as it was snowing quite heavy and we didnt really want to be stranded there.

as for avon, i have made 7 of my deliveries and am waiting to take the last 2 but our roads are a bit treacherous at the moment. i cant believe they havent been gritted at all! i totally agree about scraping our own paths and the front of our houses - but i guess this all stems from a lack of community spirit these days. when i was growing up (admittedly in a small village in the cotswolds) everyone knew and looked out for everyone and it really gave you a sense of pride and belonging. I now live in a village in the suburbs of a town and whether it just be this particular area or the age we live in, but i know very few of my neighbours. Hence the reason i was keen to start avon to get around the village. it seems everyone is out for themselves these days and very few will go the extra mile for those around them. one of my neighbours who has become a customer is quite elderly (she loves soft musk) and lives alone and her garden was in disrepair. so i offered to tidy up the garden for her and in return she lets me look through her old photos (i'm a bit of an ancestory nut). its so lovely to hear her stories and also sad to hear some. atleast now she knows there is someone looking out for her. (and she always gives me a good order).

Well, i now need to get my cards written and posted before 5pm post so best be off. ;)

I was surprised when i went delivering brochures last campaign how many people hadn't cleared *anything* from their own path/drive - I mean they'd have to risk their neck walking to their own car/walking to catch the bus etc, but they hadn't cleared anything at all! We clear ours completely, the whole of the drive, so that its safe for us - obviously very few people in our area like to make sure that they & their children are safe!

• Well recieved my delivery today :j Was a bit worried when I woke up and it was snowing lol.

Just checked it all off and will bag up once the kids are in bed. Delivering it all Monday so that will be a busy day lol.

Gutted tho as I ordered another set of champagne glasses and they are oos AGAIN.

Snow is quite deep here so have been out today and had a snowball fight. My three year old was up to his knees in places.
