unfortunately she didn't let me know till too late that she was at her mums. well, got most of the deliveries done, just got 3 left - one wants it nearer to 3, and the other 2 are on the way to OH grans so then I can take them and go and see her. So pretty pleased in the end everyone else has been so nice todayAvon Lady since 2009 - I help on the Avon hints & tips thread to help other reps/new sales leaders as I was helped so much by it when I first started out :A0 -

Oh, I deffo agree with you sooooo much!
Another pet hate is when they keep you chatting at their doorstep in the pouring rain (never occurring to them to let you shelter) or as happened to me a few weeks ago - I got caught out with only a jacket on when a sleet/snowstorm started. Customer was on the phone chatting to her daughter to let her know how bad the weather was, all the time watching (and ignoring) me hold out her Avon order to her!!
I think I would have made to leave. She would then have to run after you for it!Maybe we should make them collect if they are not in at the arranged time. See if that improves their communication skills!
I still haven't had my delivery or any communication  We have very little snow and deliveries are arriving locally with various carriers. Trouble is I have work Wed and Xmas do Thursday afternoon. Doesn't leave much time, especially considering I have NO Xmas presents at all. We are waiting for OH to receive the money for his last 2 weeks work, and can't collect any Avon cash either... I don't like Xmas this year!!!!Still looking for the plot...... Anyone seen it???0 -

Would have been nice if Avon had updated the information about deliveries being delayed / changed ready for tomorrow - I have no idea whether I'm likely to get mine tomorrow, and have changed my work days around specially. I really can't afford to lose a days work having to stay here for it on Tuesday, but if it's not going tom arrive tomorrow, and I could find out ahead of the end of today, I could almost certainly change my days back!🎉 MORTGAGE FREE (First time!) 30/09/2016 🎉 And now we go again…New mortgage taken 01/09/23 🏡

Hiya ladies, can anyone explain the smart start scheme to me? I have been over HOV for my first 5 campaigns and am hoping to hit HOV for my 6th (although it is C2 and have already had to do extreme Avoning a umber of times!). What do I have to get to qualify for the free bag? do I have to put codes thorugh etc? Signed up by ASM and unsure. Thanks!!0

As long as you reach HoV on this campaign you should qualify for the bag, you dont need to put codes through as avon will send it out to you as they will be able to see you have reached HoV on the other campaigns as wel as this one!
Good luck getting HoV :0) HTH x0 -

Am just too soft. With the weather though I have started using the Betterware mode of doing things i.e. dropping a note off saying how much the order is and giving a two hour slot the following day when I'll be back. Seems to work; customers called me back and left cheques and/or arranged times when they'd be in.
Poor you still waiting for your delivery; hope it comes soon. Sounds like you have enough on your plate this Christmas. Good luck getting it all sorted.Make the most of everything in life (especially Avon)

As Chelseylou says, your vanity bag should come through automatically provided you hit HOV in both your 5th and 6th campaigns. To get the Demonstration Bag your total order value in your first six campaigns needs to reach/exceed £1,500
