Thanks, have already tried that though. It hasn't changed since Friday, and just says 'further attempts will be made over the weekend' if you hadn't received Friday.

Hmmm.... is it definitely a rep there that you need and/or might they like to be a rep themselves? Just a thought - especially if reps are thin on the ground in their area.... :money:

Why is it you always get an order for something just after you've returned it for credit??? (Am guessing am not on my own here....)

I'm about 45mins away .... same county if that helps loL! my OH has an Uncle and Aunt who live there.....

Amazingly my order has turned up! The customer who wanted her make-up for her birthday didn't get it in time, and she ordered a Bench watch as a Xmas present and it's oos :mad: All her order has gone wrong, but everything else came! Just about ready now. Contact the customers next!!! Hopefully can get it to them when they're in. Very relieved it has come with just one disasterous order:)

my friend said she wanted some hello kitty stuff for her ex childminder's daughter, they still have a good relationship, the PJs are too big, and the washbag is out of stock.

And 2 campaigns ago, customer who is constantly returning stuff ordered the bracelet and necklace and didn't like them. Said if friend had texted earlier could have kept them instead of returning them for her to look at.

Hmmm...I ordered 1xsmall paper bags and 1xmini paper bags and i've received 2 mini paper bag sets. For some reason I can't find them in replacements to swap....maybe because they're not acctually a product? Anyone able to help?

Not sure about this but whenever I've ordered Mini and Small bags in the past they were the same size too so seeing as how Mini bags are cheaper I've never ordered Small since.

If you've actually been charged more for your Small bags, why not request replacements for Large and/or a credit? (When applying for credit/replacement, search by invoice rather than by item.)
