If you've actually been charged more for your Small bags, why not request replacements for Large and/or a credit? (When applying for credit/replacement, search by invoice rather than by item.)

is there anyone else who is going to be doing the foundation swap- taking the old foundation off the customer? i'v decided that its abit pointless in all honestly! I mean what if they dont like the avon foundation and we have disposed of their old foundation? what are we meant to do then, lose the customer?
I'm just going to promote the foundation at the £4 and not bothering to take the old foundation off them keeps them happy! what do avon want us to do? keep all the foundations with names on them incase after the 90 days they dont like it and want to return it??0 -
on the paperwork I was sent, it said not to send the foundation to Avon. Think they do not want to be inundated! Like Lozza said, just tell people about the £4 promo, usual 90 day guarantee applies and £4 for a foundation is very good.0

it just crossed my mind earlier on about it! just going to tell people about it etc, if they like it then they like it, if not then they can send it back and use there old foundation!0 -
My thoughts are that the idea of 'swapping' their old foundation just adds value to Avon's product i.e. to promote the concept of it being heavily discounted. A bit similar to why Betterware print a price on their brochure. (Betterware reps don't have to buy their brochures but the price printed on the front cover seems somehow to make it more valuable.)Make the most of everything in life (especially Avon

i took my credits order to my "safe place" last night so i hope they got picked up okay this morning... also hoping they managed to deliver, the roads are like ice rinks around here!

Oh the irony! my delivery has finally come last night, and now the snow is coming down so well I won't be able to deliver my orders!!! :mad:
AH well.... I'm guessing my grocery delivery today is fairly unlikely too

Hiya everyone! ive been round saturday and sunday to all the houses that wheren't in when i first went for my c1 and they still havent been in all weekend when i've called round, what am i best to do now some of these people seemed like they would place some orders? x0

If I can't get the book back, I just pop a note through saying please contact me by x date (usually day before my order is due in) if you would like to place an order, I can be contacted on *home number*, *mobile number*, and email at x. Many thanks, Laura
You can't keep going back - if you do that, they'll expect that everytime and it will take up to much time - if they know they only have til a certain date then they'll contact you if they want to order, a lot of people won't realise we have to submit our order by a certain date.Avon Lady since 2009 - I help on the Avon hints & tips thread to help other reps/new sales leaders as I was helped so much by it when I first started out :A0
