Aaaaaaarrrrrrrrrrrrgggggggghhhhhhhhhhhhhhh! Really annoyed! Checked my account today and my order had been held as I had been recharged for some items I had not sent back. I checked yesterday's status and it said order received. Anyway I have just paid the amount I needed to to get the order released, and when I asked whether it would still be here for Thursday as usual they said no, it would be here in 5-7 working days. Why oh why, when I have paid as soon as the order had been held, is it going to take 5-7 working days? Why can't it be here as normal.

Feel better now I've got that off my chest, but still v v annoyed!
