Have hit MOV and that is only half my books back! I didn't canvass territory this time, as haven't had time and want to keep my books for Monday. After that will put out to territory for backordering.

There used to be (maybe still is) something on the physical order form, a box to tick probably. Online I don't know, but worth an ask around on Connects perhaps.

I am not too bothered about their daily e-mails with offers, if not interested I press delete. Then when I do want something, check their e-mails as their loyalty offers are quite good. Have had a few free books, pens, etc out of them.

remember you don't get cashback straight away, but it is a welcome sight, when you get e-mail saying cashback being paid into your account

neffy, unfortunately there isn't. The only thing I can suggest is you e-mail Avon to tell them you are not happy with receiving alternatives and they need to put a request on your account, or put a button on the site, so we can say we do not want alternatives.

I know this will sound random A - but had you checked in your fridge and freezer? My dad lost his wedding ring a few years ago, a few weeks later we found it under a lettuce in the drawer of the fridge!

or even the back of the sofa's as it may of fallen down the back! Hopefully shouting at it will make it appear! really hope its somewhere in your house hun x

Aureol - my OH's mother lost a ring once and years later, it turned up in her spice rack!

I'm wondering whether my ring ended up in the wash and caused my old washing machine to die on me....

Will have to further investigate code for 'no alternatives to be sent', as, as !!!!!! Here said earlier, I'm sure there used to be one.
