still off here but it's going to have to go on fairly soon. One of the dogs has walked round and opened all the doors for no reason, letting all the heat out and then sat watching the fish tank wagging her tail / cold air at me.
    I've got:
    2 dogs in fur coats
    a tropical tank at 26c
crested gecko tank is at 28c
    snake is at 30c

and i'm sitting here getting cold.

    Right.....
Have given in - heating has been put on for an hour:o
The weather man did say it was 3C here tonight and it feels cold. One hour will be enough to warm the house and it goes off by itself after the hour so I can't forget to turn it off!

Burner is going mad and FK is flat out in front of it with little intention of moving. Its toast!
  • Posted on another thread last night that I was hoping to keep the heating off until November but have caved in tonight, its freezing cold here. We all have lots of layers on the curtains are all shut I cooked a hot meal but the heating still had to go on :(.
I am playing all of the right notes just not necessarily in the right order :D.
  • Still not on here but it's been a close call today. All sat here in snuggle blankets. One of the boys wanted to swap their blue kids one for my adult pink one :rotfl: hopefully its because mine is bigger and not because its bright pink :p
