I read the post over and over and couldn't see anything wrong with it.

I've never known you write anything critical or offensive - misunderstanding I guess :)

    Yes please!

We all have different opinions and needs and wants. All should be expressed freely.

Shegar, one of the things I think could really help people is your experiences of coping before you got CH ...was it just an open fire and one good warm room? Seems to me that's a good way to go if you have kids: a room for them to play (especially if play includes dress up and clothes coming off a lot) and warm enough to sit still, perhaps with something to snuggle under, for a dvd/video. But I don't have kids so I don't know practically whether that#s best or not, and it sounds like you have a lot of experience to offer mothers in similar circumstances now!

To be honest it's not the only post of yours that I've winced at a little bit :o

However, as debtmess says - it's easy to word things the wrong way when typing rather than saying.

So let's all be friends again :j

As I'm sure we both agree, everyone stay healthy :)

Now everyone's friends again:T back on topic;)

My heating has been on and off today.

Struggling to keep the place above 15 without it set on max, and even though I have thermals, jumper and cardi on and 2 pairs of socks I still felt cold.

Solution, add hand knitted warm cardi on top of other cardi and jumper, add 3rd pair of socks...hand knitted badly by me but it was my first pair :o add outdoor waterproof hiking boots and bobs your uncle...all toasty:j

I thought I was well wrapped up but not as much as I needed to.

As I'm not working I'm trying to keep the heating to the times we did when I was at work.
Don't want to cost more in addition to not providing an income.

I was so toasty forgot to turn it back on, hubby came in from work and thought the heating had broken!

Have a nice toasty coal fire next to me at the moment, so hot now need to take some layers off!!:D

I really hope kent have seen the last of the snow now as i went to get bread today and there was none, really wish the supermarkets would ration it to one loaf per person.
