Is your heating ON or OFF?

mine will be going back on the timer later so it comes on in the morning as i popped out the front earlier and it was really cold and saw the gritter gritting the road! That is a bad sign!!!

after reading some of these threads think i will go and turn my heating down, is pretty warm now i think about it.

Still off as still broken! So hoping that this will save me a small fortune as I would have had it on solidly by now!

I's quite good just turning it down a little, you don't really notice it that much. They all have to have slippers on and a cardi or something.

Bare feet and t-shirts show up on the gas bill here.

I'm so bloody cold it's ridiculous. I live in an Edinburgh tenement and the place is freezing. We actually have double glazing but it doesn't appear to help much. The heating goes on an hour a day but we're totally struggling. My hands feel like they do outdoors right now as i'm typing.

I'm thinking of getting an wall thermometer to judge it all...

Minus one outside and a wonderful 18 degrees inside this morning.

I`m really glad to have the heating these last couple of days as its been really cold, i had to scrape thick ice off the car windscreen yesterday morning but i don`t need to leave the house as early today so i`m hoping that the temperature climbs so that i can avoid the same again.

I`m on the sofa covered by my furry throw and i`ve just finished a nice hot cuppa, think i shall make another cuppa as i don`t need to make a move for another 30 mins or so

Wife has just commented that the weather seems nice today--we are still on 2 days heat on and its the 15th today--the windows are open and the holiday of eid starts at noon today so 12 days of freedom!!

Cold frosty morning here.Dont know what the outside temp is but living room is 18c,with thermals on and jumper i'm warm.The most of the day is going to be spent with my mother at her nursing home,it's nice and warm there.The heat might have had to go on if OH had been working from home ,i cant see he could have been out in the conserveratory on computer all day in this,mind you he is still sitting round in T Shirts:eek: so he can put a extra layer on first.Some people just dont seem to feel the cold ,i so wish i was like that.My little dogs with there thick coats feel the cold before he does.

heating was definately on this morning but only for 30 mins to take the chill off, frosty outside and its only supposed to get up to 8c all day today. it will go on later when the kids get home for a couple of hours

Very cold frosty start to the day, the car was complete white all over, the temp hasnt risen much at all, my heatings on now ,and will remain so until I go to bed tonight.....

This weather is so depressing......:mad:
