As long as YOU are warm, ie. in spite of the low temperature you have the means to keep yourself warm (hot water bottle etc), then that should be fine because your body doesn't have to work extra hard to adjust its temperature. When I'm not working in the morning I always stay in bed an extra hour, in the winter. It saves on heating, and I just love that feeling of warmth and comfort when outside is raining and/or windy.Be careful who you open up to. Today it's ears, tomorrow it's mouth.0 -

I read it awell and thought eeeeeek. My bedroon the other evening was at 9C :eek:

I think s thats just it! I get cold sometimes but rarely feel like its at a dangerous level - having said that if we get a winter like last year I may change my mind :rotfl:Emma :dance:
