    Hi

Still off but with these cold nights it's gonna go on soon.

  • Mine's off... I'm so frugal with my heating that I hardly ever have it on, and don't really notice it until I go into a neighbours house and then think, gosh this place is BOILING!

That could be because I generally wear tshirt, jumper and fleece as standard though - heating goes on when I feel cold even when I wear two jumpers (plus fleece and tshirt).

I'm laughing at how tight I have become, but I just hate getting a massive bill in January, so I would rather be a bit uncomfortable and have the money in my pocket... :-)
  • I was going to proudly say still off, but spotted that DH had put one of the storage heaters on 1 the other day....... I'll let him off it is cold in his office and he is in there all day, but I'll sneak in and turn it off when he isn't looking!

Have a fleece blanket for when it drops cold in the evening and will get the little fan heater out to take the chill off a bit for the next week or so before we really need the storage heaters. Then we will start with just two of them on and leave the big one off until it is minus figures outside as that is really powerful!
  • Still off but OH keeps complaining that he's cold, so I think we'll only last 'til the weekend before it has to go on.

I have given in - its going to be below freezing here tonight, so I've set the heating to come on for an hour in the mornings.
  • Still off, and quite toasty when I'm in bed, but is it getting cold around the house.
