My heating is on for the first time today. I have a cold and have had a long and stressful week - I just feel like I deserve it!

Perhaps travel cannot prevent bigotry. But by demonstrating that all people cry, laugh, eat, worry and die, it introduces the idea that if we try to understand each other, we may even become friends.

Please believe me I'm not feeling at all smug just thankful. The lowest it's reached in our l/rm is 20.5c, and right now it's 21.5c.
This week has been definitely chilly, about 8-10c outside a lot of the time, but we've had just enough sun, which comes in at the front to warm the l/rm (and our bedroom) late afternoon and makes all the difference.

Please all be as careful as you are able to keep warm. There is a risk to health in being too cold. Blood clots form much easier at lower temeratures.

Well then, got much chillier today (and now it's raining, meh) but heating's stil off. The usual fleece and Ugg type boots bought in Asda for 8 quid, keep my feet warm as toast. If my feet are warm, the rest of me follows closely. I fully intend to keep the heating off until November. :A
Be careful who you open up to. Today it's ears, tomorrow it's mouth.

The heating is on here when normally it wouldn't be, I've got a newborn baby though so I'll let myself off this year. x
