I've had the multi-fuel stove on since yesterday and kept it on today. We've had gales, plus I'm not good at present health-wise
.
We bought coke, rather than using the wood we have stored as it is easier to control the heat (we can keep it ticking over with coke). We'll use the wood when it gets really cold and we need a blazing fire.

It was 14 degrees in our kitchen this morning when we came down, I tend to try and keep the kitchen at 15 or above and the sitting room over 17 so we switched ours on for a bit while we had breakfast. Looks like the weather is turning cold now so expecting to have to put the heating on a bit more.0
