Is your heating ON or OFF?

Still off here in Buckinghamshire (for now) but it’s been a chilly day so I wouldn’t be surprised if the heating goes on tonight for a couple of hours.2

Heating is still off. It was so mild that I left the door to the garden open for quite a while. I think I'll easily manage to delay putting on the heating until November. I use a stationary bike for a bit most evenings and that warms me up. Do sit working from home all day so if it does get chilly it will go on or maybe I'll do an extra bike session.1

Off here and we will be relying entirely on the wood burner for heat this winter. Luckily I was given lots of free pallets today to chop up for burning. The rising prices of energy are a real worry for me x0

Still off with us (East Anglia) at the moment - it's definitely getting chilly although the last few days have helped by being a bit warmer! Plan is to use the oil filled rad to take the edge off for a bit as it will work out more cost effective than putting the storage heaters on.🎉 MORTGAGE FREE (First time!) 30/09/2016 🎉 And now we go again…New mortgage taken 01/09/23 🏡

Still off. Using blankets in the evening.
Wood burner will be our main source of heating this winter. We've been lucky enough to have been gifted a couple of mid-sized trees over the last couple of years. Most of it is now seasoned enough to use.
I'm worried about rising prices. Luckily I often get the option of overtime at work. I will have to take advantage of a few extra hours to balance the books.1 -
The heating is still not on here yet 😁😀 Have not needed to light the Woodburner either which we are surprised at, to be honest, We are in the South East.

No heating on here yet either. Although my Daughter and family are coming up for the weekend as we are all going away together. She finds it colder here than down South so will probably want the fire on

Today was beautiful, even this evening was mild. Strangely colder inside than out, although I am still not encouraged to flick that switch. No man is worth crawling on this earth.
So much to read, so little time.0 -
