Thanks very much, do you know how long the bonus lasts or is it just ongoing?

I took my money out at the start of august and calculating it, it was about 400£ down. Been writing letters to head quarters in leicestershire and they are looking into it. Been about 2 months now, so if you have less interest dont assume its your maths. Bloody usless santander.

Don't know if I'm being thick but I cannot see anywhere online in my statement or whatever, the date of opening :( can see a couple of transaction dates but not the date I opened or put in the main funds.

The Bonus is paid until 2 August, 2010.
So for Onlne saver i5, the Interest of 3.15%pa is only until 2 August, 2010.
From August 2, interest rate start to drop which varies from 0,4-0.8% deoending on the amount of money.

Most people moved their money from August 2nd, but leave the balance of £1 to keep the a/c open until the interest is paid (yesterday).

how about my online saver 6? Is the bonus valid until 1st October 2010? So in other words... it's time for me to move it again?

Sorry for the wrong info, frames.I am getting confused with another of my savings accounts, which is for a year from opening date,as indeed many are that have a bonus rate.

Or called in branch & asked them to close the account (at time, it was pretty pointless trying to phone...emails didn't get answered either). No point in giving them 2 months money (ie accrued interest) virtually for free.
