    Yes, that's a good idea - I'll do that, thanks KM :)

My friend said he went to the shop with his DD (13) and put his arm round her shoulder on the way out and she shouted "Get off me you Peado!!!" How Awful :rotfl:

That made me laugh but it is awful too. It reminded me of my nephew who is a real handful. I dont want to say that I dont like him but I do find him difficult to attach myself to much more than my other nephews and nieces.
At my brothers wedding when he was 3 he was playing in the corridor with my two older nephews and he started to get a bit naughty, biting and kicking them. I tried distracting him by taking him for a walk. He seemed to calm down and as we came around the front of the hotel he asked me to pick him up for a cuddle which I did. As we walked through the front doors of the hotel he started screaming "shes hurting me , shes hurting me" and kicking and flailing. A woman approached me and told me off!!!!! Little s*d

Hmmm, I recognise that child Cheri!

Well 30 mins of Pilates done, but I'm cross with myself as I've lapsed today. I was hungry when I got home, so ate 2 biscuits without thinking while chatting to DH. Then wanted something quick and hot so made WW soup with 3 slices of white bread and BUTTER (uncut loaf too :o:o:o) Naughty, naughty.

I bought a healthy salad in M&S today for lunch as I was out, so that was not bad (275 cals:D) but cancelled out by the bread and butter, which I think if I added cheese and coffee, I could live on quite happily for the rest of my life!

Tomorrow is another day. I just need the nights to lighten, then I will run in the evenings....
  • At least you're not too ashamed to 'list' what you've eaten today

  • Nope your extra confession is STILL not making me confess :silenced: :o its not about the weight as I'm not overweight but from a health perspective there are definately no vitamins/goodness in the carp I've eaten today  and I easily look and feel unhealthy if I eat carp... so what is wrong with me.....

Tomorrow is another day, tomorrow is another day, bloody good job :D

I'm not sure BUT obviously I don't eat like that every day. Some days I am an absolute Saint :A

I'm lucky in that I can take or leave bread, I don't crave it at all.

I love healthy food (believe it or not!) and don't find choosing salad a chore as I love it BUT I cannot win over my sweet tooth :o No matter how 'full' I am, I am not 'satisfied' until I have had something sweet  I don't eat big portions but I snack alot.

I have been half a stone over weight in the past and I find it hard to diet so if I easily but weight on I'd be goosed as I become like an addict :o and pace the floor for my sugar :p

Today I have been lazy and de motivated in general and my food pattern followed suit...I eat better when I am feel like I am achieving something in my day and getting things done if that makes sense....

My energy levels take a battering when I don't eat well so my health is neglected with my sweet tooth ggrr

So as you can see today was a write off in every sense :(

:oI don't really love healthy food, tho I don't mind it so much these days - but I need sweet stuff too. I use dried fruit for the "tang".

Thanks for your support Gill. Most days are ok, but when she's bad she's really really bad and yesterday was just one of those days.
    Better go, she's just hugging/strangling me :o

She's hugging you! Its just her way, thats all. Talking of independence, and my way or the highway, my mother still sometimes tells of the story of my 2nd day at school. I was allowed to go to school when I was 4 yeears and 9 months - I begged, so they let me. And I let my mum take me on the first day, but I refused point blank to let that happen on the 2nd day, so I walked to school on my own, at the grand age of four years!

What I didn't know is that she paralled me down the entry, as I walked down our road, and she watched me cross the main road I had to negotiate. But if you want an example of a bolshie little girl, that was me :D:D:D
