    Hi all
Just wanted to say thank you for all my lovely birthday cards. All your lovely cards make mine look very ameteurish. DD said some of them looked as though they were brought from a shop!
We had a training day for short term fostering today. We seem to be having lots of meetings etc, thats why I havent been around as much. They need so much information!
It was lovely here today, but has just started to get very overcast and looks like it will rain shortly.
Hope everyones having a good day.

Happy Birthday Addams - hope you've had a lovely day. (I've been working :()

Flourgirl - sorry you've been fed up - hope your concert tonight is fab and it's a bit cooler with you. It's been hot here but with a bit of a breeze but it's quite cool now so no excuses I've GOT to do the ironing.

Viclspence - loved the exploits of your son but guess it wasn't funny at the time. :) They can seem fearless at that age, hurtling everywhere.

Rusty - Well done on the weight loss - wish I could loose some. Sorry you're having trouble over your machine I've not got many dies but if you want something cutting - just ask & i'll see if I can do.

Melissa - Good to see you've got a bit of 'me' time to craft & post on here.

    Now to the ironing :(

I could write a book on his exploits. Me and DH have just been sat in the living room and i could hear a spraying noise so DH went upstairs and DS has sprayed vanish carpet spray all over his floor!

Hope all poorlies are feeling better.

Rainmac - thank you for the images :A. Also can I ask what do you use to get the embossing around the edge of your die cut shapes not sure if I need to buy something extra or had a look on youtube and can use silicone baking sheet and a shim??? Not sure what would be best - thanks in advance for the advice.

Oh dont get me started on kids I too could write a book about my youngest and what he has got up to like the time he whispered down the stairs as it was bed time he had a bit of a problem - only turned out that he had an ELC barn (from their farm) stuck on his head :rotfl:. After a bit of pulling and twisting it came off:rotfl:

Jowri, LoubyLou - Your cards have arrived for the card drive ... Jowri the posty must have eaten the outer envelope! but the inside one is fine :)

Marg - Thanks for the kind offer, I bit the bullet this morning and went to Craftsite in Cramlington and bought me a big shot, hope to get it out this afternoon!

Melissa - WOW!! your card for the drive arrived safely, thankyou for my card, it is beautiful. Sounds a daft question but there is a box in there for the wife, and I presume the other beautiful pad is for the wife aswell? absolutely stunning, get them blogged! xxx

Vclspence - Keep going with the diet ... it could be heat related I got weighed once and put on 4llb, went back the next day and did it again and had lost 7llb but I knew I was holding onto water cause I had huge ankles!

Rusty - the mini scrapbook is for you - (it matches your card), glad you like them! Jenny's card is just in the box. I'm in a rush but will be back in a bit!
