    Hi Ladies,

Where are you all?? in the sun?? its red hot here, but not sunny ... there is such a sea fret so everything looks dull but it is very warm!!

There is a blog hop and new release tomorrow over at LCI :D banner on my blog if you want to join in.

Word of advice, if you want to buy a diecutting machine, then DON'T buy it from Oyster stamps. apparently there is nothing wrong with my calibur, even though it has metal missing from the inside, it could be weeks until I find out whats happening and they are being very awkward about it all ... I am having such a fight! Grr!

yet again I am now looking at other diecutting machines ... have asked the lovely rainmac to measure her boards for me, and also looking at prices for the Old cuttlebug! maybe I should have just kept that in the first place!

Diet started last monday, and weighed in today I have lost 8llb :D very happy with that :)

Congratulations on the weight loss Rusty. I have only bought once from Oyster Crafts and didn't rate them, I bought some MS punches and I think they sold me them and took my money when they knew they were out of stock!! They took over 3 weeks to arrive!! Hope you get sorted soon.

Fed up today!! I did find out this morning that I had won a challenge from last month and not claimed my prize so hopefully thats winging its way to me now :) I think its a voucher for Stamp Fairy. We are going to a concert at school tonight, my friends daughter (17) is singing solo so we are going to support her, I just hope its cooled down a bit before then. My craft room is the coolest place in the house 26.7*. I popped down to the caravan for something and the thermometer in there was off scale as it only goes up to 45*!! I left the door open and 1hour later it was registering 37*! phew...far too hot....

Twinkle - Mine has a piece of metal missing, I was told it was from the cogs, but I am such a big fat liar so dont take my word on it :rotfl: ... she is messing with the wrong person over this though, I will have what is rightfully mine! just annoyed cause the grand nestabilities I bought to use with the calibur will now have to be sold, I am fighting for a full refund!

Flourgirl - its warm here!!! .... hope the concert is good tonight. I also found out I won another prize for my wallets I made from Little Claire. I never win on our challenges on here but seem to be on a winning streak at the min for those in blogland! well done on your win!

right I am supposed to be busy, but so far me and my Doris have watched Tinkerbell, played 3 games of snap, done some colouring in (her princesses and me christmas images) and now we are watching beauty and the beast ... quick 5 min breather and then we need to head to the school! yikes! xx

Hi everyone - I had a nice relaxing day yesterday - I watched Up for the first time. Elliot absolutely adores it - I think he's watched it about 4 times - mind you it makes a welcome change to baby tv!

Craftygranny - I'm glad to hear that Adam is home - bet you are spoiling him!

Viclspence - your DS sounds like mine - I get so worn out tidying up after him - you wouldn't think that something so small could be so destructive!!!

Vivw - Fab card - love the stamp and the "down the pub" paper!

Artydoll - Great card - love the star brads!

98jdougl - welcome - sounds like a fab idea making your invites from old records!

Rusty - I've posted my card off to you today, there's a little something in there for you too!!! Congrats on your weight loss - I desperately need to do something about my weight (she says munching on a choccy cookie). I hope you get everything sorted with Oyster Crafts - what rubbish customer service!

My son's middle name should be destruction. We should have known when he was born at the ripe old size of 10ib 1 and didn't fit in to any of the clothes! He is a very independent chap (unfortunately) but is always banging in to things. The other week he fell down the path outside and made his head bleed but didn't believe that it was bleeding until we physically put his hand to his head. There was no ouch nor nothing! He is a strange creature really!
