A huge thankyou to all you lovely ladies The postman arrived on Saturday laden down with some absolutely stunning Birthday cards!! They are all out on show in my livingroom - even OH was blown away at how people I've never met would take the time to make me such lovely cards. Thank you again.

padster Your mum sounds just like mine - so frustrating!

    KMS Wooo Hoo you're famous!!!

Marg That's good news about your MIL - I'm so glad she's feeling better.

Congratulations Scatty The tablet was a brilliant prize you won - is it fun? I'm sooooo jealous :) You're on a roll!!!

    Congratulations WBR - Beautiful Candle

GeorgieGirl Hope you're feeling better soon - Hugs

PONR It was a great excuse to spend the day snuggled with my book, old movies and loads of hot chocolate - perfect day thanks.

WBR I know what you mean - where to put my stuff - I'm sure my MIL won't mind eating her Christmas dinner on a tray :rotfl: so inconsiderate :rotfl: Isn't the santa message brilliant - we sent them to people in the work last year - it was priceless :D

Soma  We'll miss you - don't go

Rusty Aww poor little miss - hope she slept better last night. What about leaving a carrot out for the donkey so it's nice to her.

    Well done winners :j :j :j

Rusty, I can't help with night terrors, sorry, my chaps occasionally have nightmares and DS1 also sleep walks. A dream catcher sounds a good idea if they continue ;)

Soma, please pop back whenever you can xxx

Well I am all faired-out, thank goodness they are over :D. We made about £800 at the preschool fair on Saturday and I am so pleased everything went so well. I've had a horrible cold and my voice sounds like a man's but apart from that it was all good :) Having a day off today to try and catch up on some bits and bobs.

    Big hugs to everyone xxx

  • I like craft stamper magazine but i always buy the docrafts creativity mag which is every 2 months .Craft stamper has some nice ideas and the docrafts one has ideas plus pics of all their new goodies lol.

PONR . I will be watching for him. lol. Carly and kobie had a punch up today they both wanted the free monkey from pg tips good job we'd bought 3 boxes then they could all have one. carly won the fight though determined little madam.

LOL - hope they get to you ok. The sock cat that I posted on the same day reached it's new home this morning but that was sent more locally.

I just bought a large 13 x 10 cm acrylic block on ebay - seems like a bargain and she has several for sale. They are scratched hence the cheap price - if anyone needs one here they are.

    Hi ladies,

I am having a really carp few days, i found something out really shocking about someone, that knocked me for six. Then to top it all off i found a lump in my breast :( And my depression is really bad at the moment.

But on a good note my OH's uncle is having an engagement party in February and has asked me to do the invitations for that, anyone got any ideas of something that could be easy to do for 80+ but still lovely? They want hearts

Also can anyone help me with this?

Kms - sorry to hear you are feeling so down - I think it's easy to let things get on top of us at this time of year. Do go to the doctor to get the lump checked out as that will be a weight off of your mind.

Hope you feel better in yourself soon x

Just read the pot of gold post - you could do silver and say silver lining or something, yellow - pot of sunshine!!
