I'm quite happy to buy one if it's reimbursed :D Not sure what I'll do with it though. Who do they think we are - Bill Gates :p

Could probably stretch to a two-person inflatable dinghy, but not sure that's what they are looking for! Wonder how many MSers fit the profile they are looking for??????

Actually, it doesn't really bother me if the briefs get dafter and dafter.

If I can keep a straight face when I ask, "Where does that Scottish salmon come from?" or "What sort of paint do I need to paint a brick wall?" or "Can you tell me all the types of syrups that go in lattes?" I'm probably going to be OK with anything that ESA throws my way.

One of my questions last year was, "Is that British cheese?" Lady looked at the label and said, "Nah love, not British, its from Somerset."

Didn't quite know how to respond!

Urgent help needed. I have a stately home lunch booked with the secret eating place tomorrow. Friend now can't come and no-one else wants to do a lunchtime. Can I go by myself although it says two? I don't want to cancel as I'm just over the top level of dine and last minute cancellation will drop me down a level.
Anyone done this? Their phones are only Mon-Fri.
I was toying with buying two lunches :)
  • Did anyone else do the First tracking job?
As I understood it I had to go to 1 of each different screening, in my case it was showing at 4 different screens over around 3 hours, so including travel time would take about 4 hours. Worked out at around minimum wages! I phoned to cancel telling them why and suggesting in future they have a couple of people per cinema, to be told I was the only person who had cancelled for that reason (it took too long). Did everyone else lie then????

Well I certainly didn't get told I was the only one! She sounded like it was normal!

Caroline's hotel jobs are mostly mid week single visits and are definitely ONE night stays, so no weekends away

My point is that she doesn't employ regular shoppers (her choice) until she gets let down. Then she doesn't up any premium for last minute jobs.

Do you know how much SSc gest paid for each hotel visit ?
It's in the region of £200 per hotel:eek:

So she's panicking that SSc won't get their £200 but is not prepared to pay the shoppers a decent fee.

Apologies. We go Saturday morning and come back Sunday afternoon. Maybe I should have defined weekend ;)

I'm not particularly interested in what MS companies are paid; I'm more interested in the benefit to me, financially or in kind.

By the way, it's very nice here. Just off to the leisure centre ahead of a very nice dinner and wine tonight. :D

Angus, Nope, needs to be done lunchtime tom as all the other dates have now gone.
Will go by myself and explain. I'm sure they'd rather one person went than no-one. I can still do all the checks etc.
