P.S. December work is trickling in nicely. And, oh boy, I have two trips to Haverhill booked already!:rotfl:

    Love your updated location :D

Caroline's hotel jobs are mostly mid week single visits and are definitely ONE night stays, so no weekends away

My point is that she doesn't employ regular shoppers (her choice) until she gets let down. Then she doesn't up any premium for last minute jobs.

Do you know how much SSc gest paid for each hotel visit ?
It's in the region of £200 per hotel:eek:

So she's panicking that SSc won't get their £200 but is not prepared to pay the shoppers a decent fee.

    agreed.....

Got a fine dine today. The reimbursement is massive! I can't believe none of my friends were free (even when I told them it was on me!) until finally this girl I know agreed. Hope she doesn't get the wrong end of the stick. Eeeeek!

She'll probably think you're going to propose when she sees the place :rotfl:

Oh don't say that. She has been texting me all night and all morning long. I've told her it's just lunch. She seems to think something else of it. Wish me luck.

Good luck! If it goes well, you should arrange your next "date" (a React coffee).;)

Good luck! You should be fine but don't take her with you to any of those Bare jewellery jobs ;)

Thing is I asked her what to get from a jewellery shop when I did my visit as I had no idea what to get. I have a feeling she is expecting more than just a posh lunch today. Oooh oh! :o:o
  • Anyone else get the hilarious email from Retail Active yesterday? Just found it in my spam folder, but the second question nearly made me choke on my cuppa..............

  • I'm sorry, I just had to comment! I'm halfway through the Helion training and it just came up with a slide saying "Its important to have an eye for detail". Whose eye missed the apostrophe in "it's"?? :rotfl:

I'm quite happy to buy one if it's reimbursed :D Not sure what I'll do with it though. Who do they think we are - Bill Gates :p
