  • OMG just seen the new ESA question, are they kidding?

As if anybody asks that! my god, if i asked half the staff i encountered to count to ten a significant few would have problems lol (my local ones anyway).

So, asking about the drink you don't buy isn't good enough, asking to find something else isnt, but they want the staff members to provide instructions for tea lol ha ha ha then take back your off sandwhich ha ha ha thats ace!

Don't think i'm gonna bother if any pop up in my area. Don'f fancy having people look at me like i'm a total retard who can't feed myself.

Your response to this new scenario is the best laugh out loud (literally) I've had all week on this forum. Well done!

It'd be quite useful if they suggested an omelette for the tea!

which is the correct order n.to input as there are two different ones?and which is the KS number ?The sample receipt on the paperwork doesn't help much as it is different from my receipt

Anyone done the jewellery visit already and had it cleared?

Got one booked for tomorrow, I want to buy a charm but the notes say not to ask about charms. Can I discuss something else but buy a charm?

I purchased a bracelet though it said you couldn't. Most of the other items I was recommended were like £150. I ain't spending that kind of money, so I went for the cheapest option there was, a sparkly silver bracelet.

Thanks to BORDERS for clearing the ESA kerfuffle up.

Re: ESA mini supermarket question. I don't have a problem with it. Doing the current scenario makes it obvious you are not a normal customer, asking the new question will make them think you are not a normal customer too. You look like a twit asking for a drink you are not gonna buy and taking something back that didn't cost that much, people look at me like I am mad. They will do the same with the new question. What's the biggie? Am I missing something?

They must know that it's obvious. For goodness sake, it just makes a mockery of the whole thing. But then again, at least if they know who you are, and therefore give better service and do everything they are meant to, it just makes it easier and quicker to fill in the questionnaires!! :D

Order# is the first number on the receipt (the first line under the heading tax invoice) and the KS# is #POS/order at the end of the line.

The problem is that the new question is in addition to everything we already have to ask in the current ones. They are making a complete farce of the whole thing

Being honest though most of this clients stores I visit know the regular shopper - I have been asked twice if I have just started as they know the person that well! Makes a bit of a farce of it but they pay me for it so who am I to complain?

I always wonder though if my reports differ from the regular lol!

This is another of Service Science (Caroline's) last minute panic jobs because:

1 She doesn't use reliable shoppers (gets them off Rpoints)

2 Doesn't pay travel costs and pays a meagre fee.

3 Doesn't offer an increased fee for these panic jobs.

    4. Doesn't appreciate shoppers who help her out of her frequent predicaments.

    4. Says they'll pay within 4 weeks when actually pays after 6-8 weeks.

I'd love to help but I have standards to keep up.

I think that's a bit unfair, so I shall reply point by point

    1. I can't comment

    2. Agreed. Bit it's a free night away at a very nice hotel including dinner bed breakfast evening meal and extras.

    3. Can't comment

    4. I've always been paid promptly. I trust her.

    4. She does. Sorry, didn't notice you used 4 twice.

    I have standards too
