    Has anybody completed a "charm" shop for Bare and gone to allocate another one and they say you can't self assign? I have the right qualifications for the shop but now feel a little bit cheesed off. My previous report has not been graded yet.
    No Matter what you do there will be critics.

    Did not realise that I had to do 7 screens! Has taken a long time never again.

    Wow 7 screens! I did only 2 screens but it took nearly 2 hours :(

    Don't forget that sometimes they are on interlocking screen so you may not have had to do all 6. I do think they should have waited a week or so to do them when they not on so many screens just to make it easier. Somethimes you can be waiting around for ages for the next one to start.

    nope definitely all six screens:eek::eek:

    Once I realised how long it was going to take I don't think I'd want to be tying up half a day

    I've now inputted my report on to the system but no idea if I'm supposed to click somewhere else to submit the whole thing. Tried ringing the number on the notes but only managed to speak to the answering machine..

    Mmmm, I wondered about this too. I was soooo wary of clicking the Back to Assignments page, thinking that knowing my luck when I went back to it everything I'd just input would have vanished! Luckily not!! But it does feel as though there should be an 'OK, I'm all done now, Submit!!' button!!

    I was thining I would be there for about 2 hours 15 mins, maybe more like 2 and a half including making sure I got there in plenty of time and have a quick word with the manager. I'd worked out all the different screens from the times on the website on Thursday, only to get there today to find some handwriten and some quickly printed signs stating that an extra performance had been added in. Grrr! At least that one was pretty much straight out the one I thought would be last, and into the extra one.

    I just wish they had been a bit closer together, or a bit further apart! I thought I'd have half hour of so between each one, so was gonna have a wonder around the shops in the same retail park each time, but by the adverts were longer than they seem to be when I actually go to see a film, and I was worried about being late for the next one that there wasn't really any time, except to sit in the foyer!! I must have looked so cool in the cinema on my own all afternoon! :cool:

    How many screens did you do Monkeynut?

    I didn't mind the actual work but the waiting around, looking like a loner and the time it took to do the whole thing was too much for the fee!
  • Hi there,

    I'm just about to apply to become a mystery shopper, just for some extra money really. Not done it before, am a bit scared lol! As suggested on the start of this thread I'm going to start with GAPbuster (i think!). is it normal for these companies to be asking for financial info and bank details in the application forms?

    Thanks!
