anyone heard of cash finance direct?

i too had a call from someone at cash finance direct and went through all the same chat as everyone else who has posted i.e the $1.50 a min phone call that would take no more than 15 mins and be fully re-embursed ... my question is ; has anyone actually had a loan from these people??

These bas***ds called me half hour ago with a loan offer and the money could be in my account tonight... But I have to call 09064001833 at £1.50 per minute.

Seemed a nice guy, and I can apparently claim the money back as mentioned.. He knew I had a PAYG though, and was pretty decent about it and reminded me I couldn't claim the money back for that. It had to be a landline or contract phone. So I can't fault him.

But all I get is scammers, and I'm so conscious now of being fiddled.

Does anyone here know a GENUINE loan company that offer loans to those of us with bad credit ratings? Mine is due to a bankruptcy that I was discharged from in April 09. But it's on my record for 6 years!!

I only want a simple loan to move out of a damp flat and into somewhere else.

If anyone can help, please private message me (if you can on here, I'm new..) or reply here.

im looking to move home beacause i have just found out iam pregnant so i need to move to a bigger place however i cannont afford the bond and rent for the first month all in one go so when it looked like i had to stay in my crummy 2bed flat cfd (cash fiance direct ) phoned me up and offered me the exact money i needed they gave me a premium number that charged me my last tenner for a 5 min call i was so annoyed so i started lookin for them to ask to call me back when i saw all these bad reviews i cnt believe i nearly walked into a con so ive done some digging and found an address and a landline number on theinternet for them i havent yet called them as thnx to them i have no cred left so im posting its for all you great ppl to ring

Im very worried reading about Cash Finance Direct. They caught me at a bad moment and I rang them and divulged a lot of personal information. Do you think this company is a hoax??

I had a call from these people about and hour ago and had the very same sales pitch as everyone else on here!!Was asked to call 09064001857 and given a reference number to quote. I'm trying to expand my business and due to bad credit rating caused 5years ago I can't get help from the normal avenues, and I'm sure I have got this call because I was turned down for a loan a few months ago (my information sold on to another company).
I am soooooo glad I googled this company before calling. People be warned don't do it although I'm sorry to say that there will be many people reading this who won't have thought to look this company up before calling.
Can these people not be stopped? Is there anyone out there that can answer this please.

Same nonesense from these people as everyone else. Good job I googled after the very overfriendly man tried to push me in to ringing the 090 number straight away.

its not a scam, they are a broker firm, a MASSIVE call centre, each person has their own premium rate number. and they have to get you to phone it back to complete a loan application with a rep, in order to get commission. ( i would get 40 a day)

its like the admin fee of £50 that most of these companies charge, however this works by charging it to your phone bill, and you get the decision within the hour. rather than days. then if you dont get the loan, you can claim it back.

however you have about a 70- 80 % chance of not getting the loan, as the people they phone are "subprime" as in they have been rejected everywhere else.

but worth a try if you want a loan.

no! but for all those people who have been burned, send in your bill and you will get it back. (might take some timebut you will get it)

I hated the job, as i needed money, and only got min wage plus 20p per customer that i got to call back. which is nothing compared to how much they charged.

If they didnt mention it was premium rate number then they were breaking the rules!

however the script NEVER mentions you've been guaranteed the loan. it says:

"youve been pre-approved for a loan"

this means nothing! so if you hear that then it means you have not been accepted yet.

never phone the number, ask for the freephone number they give to homeowners, then they will be panicking! lol
