anyone heard of cash finance direct?

Okay so they have a premium rate number, they are regulated by the phone pay plus and could lose there licence if they dont follow guildlines

They say i you don't get the loan your looking for they guantee the refund of the call

so you need to send the phone bill to Freepost CFD and obviously make sure your name and address is on the bill or a covering letter

does take up to 28 days as they refund loads.

Would surgest sending it recorded delievery plus they do have a customer services number altho its escaped me right now

That 49.50 is abit of a con, ombudsman them defo cash finanace direct r regulated by phone pay plus so you will get ur money back if you made a call to them and not got what you was looking for...

as promised, an update if i received my refund....

i received the cheque refund yesterday, 26th june - bearing in mind they received my phone bill on 15th may, i have waited ages but it arrived in the end.

i did however have to ring last week and ask where my cheque was which i think reminded them!!

my advice would be to pester these people, it will pay off in the end but i wouldn't trust them to do it on their own, keep phoning them.

omg i wish i had found this site sooner. I applied to the credit people for a loan, and was told i was approved, arranged a repayment rate and set up a dd to repay and was charged 50 quid admin costs, just to geta letter recommending i phone cf direct as the credit people are only brokers, i phoned cf direct who did not declare they were also brokers and was told to phone back in a hour, when i phoned back they said they had referred me on lol, i will be claiming a refund for my call costs and gonna phone cab tomorrow to get a recommended loan company details and see if i can claim the admin fee back, they are very wiley, saying you have been approved tthen just refering u on, i am in desperate need for a loaan and it has cost me 80 so far and still no loan, i i hadnt been desperate i wudda done my research first. so upset about the whole thing.

That's quite a bad experience for you.. Maybe a little bit of sound research before giving away some money can help you a lot. Good luck! I hope you can get your loan sooner.

I cannot give out information as to who I am or how this can be done. All your stories can help and each can be a nail in their coffin. They make tens of thousands each week from people who cannot or do not claim their phone charges back. This can be stopped.

hi!, cfd haven't stopped calling me!, under a withheld number & refering me to 0906, had a call today spoke to my partner about it!!!!, l said it sounded funny how they wanted no fee due to recieveing it of the loaner BUT the rate is 1.50 per min!!, decided not to call & googled the no'!!, thankfully it led me to this forum!!!!!!!, excuse my language but l'm glad l didn't phone the low life !!!!!!!s!!!!!!!!.

lmao!!!!!!, please!!!!!!!, why is it all the positive talk about cfd ends up with a spinning bloke with his thumb up??????, there is nothing positive about the jokers!!!!!!, stay well clear!, try your bank by all means!, l lost hope but eventually the bank gave me the loan l needed!, don't give up!!!

thanks for all posts on this company i keep getting withheld calls from cash finance direct asking me to call premium rate no.we need help with our finances but not from this company.thanks to all these threads i wont be calling them and advise everyone not to either.thanks andy

just had a letter from the credit people and it contains a loan company called cash finance direct tel no 09064001901 yet another number as there are so many diffs on here for this lot and the add is 7 dale house tiviot dale stockport
sk1 1te and it says loans subject to status calls cost 1.50 pm
