Why because they disagree with you and are diplomatic and can see both sides of the argument?! Seriously grow up!

Hope I am not too late to say:wink::rotfl:......?

Try escalating or complaining to Duncan Bannatyne, Bannatyne Group Chief Executive, via sending him an email at duncanbannatyne@bannatyne.co.uk.

For info, he has a regular TV show with a few others on BBC & Dave and, for a Scotsman, he seems a very reasonable chap:rotfl:.

Good luck and hope this helps:rotfl::rotfl:.

Pay the £75, sell your story to a trashy magazine = profit. The love this sort of thing...

Edit: Just noticed this has been revived from last year! Hope it all worked out :o
• I feel sure that Mr Bannatyne doesn't even know anything about this, it's normally someone who is employed by him that deals with this kind of thing and that someone should either be sacked or re-trained, preferably the latter. Some people are like robots and unfortunately lack common sense as well as lack a kind heart.
If Mr Bannatyne did know about this then he should be ashamed of himself and make amends. I noticed a few posts backing the decision with comments like 'it's business....' kind of thing, these people are heartless and poor business people, they don't realise that this kind of attitude can actually ruin a business and is also an unhealthy attitude, you do not have to be cruel and heartless to be successful.
If I were Mr Bannatyne I would make amends and apply corrective action like yesterday and implement preventative action for the future.

the whole gym business model banks on X% signing up(usually in January) and using little to none of the facilities
then being tied into the service
hence why those gyms not using fixed term contracts offer far less services and often facilities
even then the no long term contract gym in Edinburgh has a cancellation period in its 1 month contract
