Where do you live ,?
I will stick my old banger outside yours,so you cant get out.
So what will it be ??.
ASBO?
Brake Fluid?
Screw Driver?
Or do you just let the world tick on by,and let people walk all over you.??

A good tow bar does wonders when pushing.
Or just slash the tires, they will get the message in time.I have a cunning plan!
Proud to be dealing with my debts.0 -

I live in coventry and you would be more than welcome to park a banger outside my house, I would not have to resort to any of the childish ideas above I'd just phone the mate who has a scrap yard and have him lift it and give me £40 and then go down the pub. If you want my address please pm me.
Also i notice all the stupid ideas are cowards ideas, slash there tyres , break fluid etc all under the cover of darkness no doubt as I bet NONE of you would have the bottle to do something like that in broad dayliight. If you are so !!!!ed off that you want to do something like that why not just give the person a slap? Everone knows where they stand then!
Really though an ASBO for parking outside someone's house, I've heard it all now lol0 -
hey barron do you read the daily mail by any chance?0

:rotfl:
Those of you getting all irrate really should learn the concept of sarcasm! :rolleyes:0 -
but barron is serious about the asbo though, thats what is making me laugh not get irate. Am I the only one who thinks that trying to get an ASBO on someone thats parked outside your house a couple of times a bit over the top?0

call the police for obstruction, honest
my brother dropped a mate off one nite after a nite out, he stopped in front of someones drive, the homeowner called the police and they came, gave him a ticket, took it to court
or phone your police community support unit ask for their advicei will be debt free, i will0 -

As long as it's done out of ignorance or stupidity. Sadly there are people who do it to continually to cause trouble and fractions! Personally I'd rather see their cars get firebombed than giving them ASBO's!0 -
Also theres not a lot you can do if it isn't a proper driveway ie the kerb dropped by the council, if you've just cut a hole in the wall and dropped the kerb yourself then I dont think legally you can do anything about someone parking there. (could be wrong though)
Why not block them in the next time by parking in front of their car and get a mate to park behind them and give them a taste of their own medicine.0 -
IAN,IAN,IAN,IAN.
If you wer to stop and read, most was good advice.
Tyre slashing ,Brake Fluid etc was all a bit tongue in cheek.
Slapping people will probably get the "slapper" in more trouble, than the person who's causing the prob.(Been There,Worn the T and Done the Time)!!
What would you do if,you needed to get out of your drive in an emergency ?
The OP is /was asking for advice.
To do it legally, these days,ASBO Diary is the correct way.
Sounds Petty ,I know.
But believe me,its the cheapest and easiest way to go.
As far as the bangers go,sorry mate,I race them,so can earn more than the £40,and still get that for scrap.(All Moneysaving and Recycling).
If your ever my way, give me a shout, and I will always buy a pint!
Hope the Sky Blues Pull Their Socks Up!!
All The Best
Happy Hols0
