  • It is interesting to hear about different experiences in shops:T

I have purchased things from Wallis, Coast, Bravissimo!, long boots from Evans, short boots from Next, M&S, Primark, Levi and Jacques Verte so quite a mix was I mean to leave the Primark and M&S bags with Souk and take my stuff in the Coast and Jacques Verte bags :D my excuse I couldn't carry lots of bags and a suitcase.

I am 5'7" too now I have new bras I am 16 on top instead of 18 ( but I only take a size 30 bra :)ok I need an L cup) and a 12/14 on the bottom.

I like wearing heels and put my new boots on today to go shopping which was a bit mean as Souk is a tiny dot

Thanks so much for all the lovely comments DT. I binned the awful primarni bag in the station!!!!:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Had a few pints with my mate and a takeaway and am relaxing in my 'house' tracksuit.

Hypno I love Zara's classic lines....but they make me look like a heffalump so I rarely go in!!!! Also I have short legs and my 5'11 friend says she finds the trousers long.

I bought knitwear from Zara - no problem with short legs there!

Sounds like a good trip DT, the better the mix of places the more eclectic the mix suitable to you.

Admittedly since sorting out my main wardrobe sort, I am willing to go into shops I normally wouldn't have gone through the door, thinking too young/trendy, now I'll go in nearly anywhere, well with some reason :rotfl:

Looking forward to the next installments of links.

As I said to the ladies yesterday...I am too fat for the high street and too slim for the "fat bird" shops.

    I can't shop in:

    River Island (Bah...love their jeans)
    Topshop

    I do shop in:

New Look (sometimes too fat for their thin clothes and too thin for their fat clothes too though)
    M&S *love*
    Next

I only buy shoes in Evans.

I find shopping an evil and horrible chore and avoid it where I can. Souk does want to get her hands on my b00bs (so to speak!) though as she thinks I'm in the wrong size :D

On my current diet, I suddenly found I'd gone up a cup size  Realised the weight went off the rib cage first, when I lost a little more weight the cup size went back to normal.

Though not sure if either of you want to lose more weight to see if it works that way for you.

I've got a Triumph Minimiser that does seem to make them look smaller :o
