Sounds like a perfect weekend :T
Re boots - even at my lowest weight in recent years (9 stone ish) I had to buy my boots at Evans.....seemed very unfair, but it was the only place I could find them to go round my calves.
Now though, I find Fat Face are pretty good so I tend to go there.Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. (Maud Van de Venne)Life begins at the end of your comfort zone (Neale Donald Walsch)0 -

Ooh so glad its not just me
Fat face for fat boots that sounds good I will bear it in mind for next time.
There are just so many shops that I have not been in because I knew at my old size they would not be anything to fit so I have no idea what most of these shops cater for which is where Souk is so good. She said I could not go in to Zara as the sizing is so small I would want to slit my wrists :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
Its a whole new adventure

*Love* the coat! All you need now is one of those furry Cossak hats with matching muff and a pair of iceskates and you'll be picture perfect for Christmas
So glad you had such a good time, the perfect Christmas present to yourself after a tough year :A0 -
Souk's right - I'm a size 12/14, at 5' 7" or so, and Zara is useless for me - the sizing is meant for 13 year olds!2023: the year I get to buy a car0

Love the red coat, and with the wool cashmere mix, it must feel so nice too.
Looking forward to the next pics0 -
