Morning all, had a rubbish nights sleep as I had a couple glasses last night. I stopped at half a bottle (amazingly) but I don't know why I bothered in the first place. It was a 'Friday night' thing. I need to create a better Friday night distraction.

So back to reality this morning - aiming for AF today.

Hope everyone is well, Pen :)
This time I haven't smoked since 6th Jan 2014 and still going ok.
    Fingers crossed x
  • I've just worked out that this week I only drank 80% of the units I drank in previous weeks .... Little things. .....little steps :)

  • have stopped using my BT line virtually altogether (apart from a few 0845 calls recently to the flippin' DWP - why can't they have an 0800 number?!).

Hi Sim, try http://www.saynoto0870.com/ they have free phone and low cost versions of these phone numbers. You still get through to the same people, just a different phone number.

:T:T Well done bhb, you going to try to stick at 80% this week?

I'm feeling sleepy and headachy today after pacing round the house last night. Have a lovely Saturday everyone.
