Morning all, had a rubbish nights sleep as I had a couple glasses last night. I stopped at half a bottle (amazingly) but I don't know why I bothered in the first place. It was a 'Friday night' thing. I need to create a better Friday night distraction.
So back to reality this morning - aiming for AF today.
Hope everyone is well, PenThis time I haven't smoked since 6th Jan 2014 and still going ok.
Fingers crossed x0 -
I've just worked out that this week I only drank 80% of the units I drank in previous weeks .... Little things. .....little steps
