    Morning all,

Failed my first attempt of the year :rotfl: not too badly though. Things are hotting up in the jo1972 household, made some big decisions last night, won't go into them on this thread though.

What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

    Morning all!

Slept like a log again last night - still felt like the middle of the night when Piglet came and jumped on me again. Actually 7am. Don't know if I like this sleeping soundly lark!:rotfl:

    10 for me please Shaggy!

Marathon night tonight :rotfl:. OH is going to do his half first so I can sit and knit :D I'm just going to keep reminding myself of the calories it will earn me (maybe enough for some roast potatoes at the Toby on Saturday??;))

Flimsier - well done on the tea :T Annoying about the windscreen crack though. I hate it when anything goes wrong with the car.

Maman - :Ton stopping after the one glass. Hope you had a nice meal out.

    Miss P
    xx

I'm no expert, I have boys and they are so far behaving quite well.... but, what I would try to do was in a quiet, peaceful moment explain that you are not doing ANYTHING out of spite and it is ALL with HER interests at heart, even though it might not seem that way to her at the time.

But what do I know....... :o

    Thanks Lurkio.

    11 FOR ME PLEASE SHAGGY.

For all those who go to fat clubs (because I go to one too), have you noticed that everybody admits to their overindulgences with food for the week but nobody admits to their overindulgences with alcohol.

Daisy, don't worry about the blip, it's done and tomorrow (or even today) is another day. I do admire you doing the fatloss and cutting down together. I have taken almost two years procrastinating (and learning to cut down) before joining fat club.

Agree with this - cutting them both down would be hard. I'm hoping that cutting down my alcohol intake will reduce my weight a bit (I gave up football last year, so I don't get nearly as much exercise as I used to).

Horrific day in terms of work today, so won't be on until tonight. Good luck all.
Can we just take it as read I didn't mean to offend you?
