Try not to brood on it though and get revenge, no point in perpetuating it and making both of you unhappy (and yes, I've been on that side of the fence too and we've gone to bed not talking because of it:(:(:()
Sorry if this sounds preachy - its not mean to be:o It's not easy to forgive when you've been hurt, but if you can forgive and forget everyone will be happier:)

Markman - you don't sound like an inconsiderate human being at all! You speak a lot of sense which (now I've calmed down) I know you're right about. I certainly won't look for revenge with OH (seeing him creeping about the place like a kicked puppy is revenge enough.....amazingly his ankle injury from before christmas has resurfaced and he's limping again!!:D:rotfl:). I just get very tired of guilt trips being laid on me. After New Year we WILL be having a talk about it. I DO love my OH very much, but blimey he's hard work sometimes!:)
Thankyou all for listening to me rant. Well....had to finish the year as I probably started it!:D

That's good Miss P. Hope you both have a good night and make up properly (and the little piggies!). Oh, and from an OH perspective (me!), its worth being told when GLWs are unhappy about something - can't fix something if we don't know its broken:rotfl:
Once again, THANK YOU to everyone on this forum and ISOM for starting it. I can't express how glad I am I found it.:T:T:T
Here's to plenty of days of AFness in 2011 for me and everyone here!:D
Hope you all have a good night in whatever way you chose to spend it and heres to having the 2011 that you want :ASmoke-free since Jan 2012 :j Now its just the drink, and the weight, and life in general0 -
Just popping on to wish everyone a Happy New Year. I'll be in on my own, but that's ok. I'm making a nice evening meal and pud and still deciding whether to have a drink or not.
Hugs to Miss P - my ex used to treat me in this way and hence we are x's now so I would advise speaking about this to him to sort things out between you both
This time last year I couldn't wait for 2009 to end I had enough go wrong in that year and this year has been different, much happier and feel ok about the year ending and a new one starting. Feeling pretty positive about 2011 too.
Like happy shopper I've kept track of my AFD % for 2010 and have come in at 91% for 2010. Way way more than 2009 when I joined this thread so its a big thanks to everyone on here helping me make this dramatic change :j
Looking forward to continuing the running in 2011 and increasing to half marathon stage by June

Happy New Year :T0 -
Pen - 3 please
Miss P: Why not try talking to him and say how you were poorly and still organised nice xmas and are feeling unappreciated instead of letting things just hang in the air unsaid (look who is talking)
Happy 2011 everyone"Everything will be alright in the end. If it's not alright, it's not the end."

Well, my lovelies, it's been a long time.
I'm sorry I went AWOL. I needed to focus on my life in the here & now for awhile.
Things have been very up & down but I like to think I am now getting back to an even keel. I feel more myself than I have done in ages.
So here's to sending away 2010 & welcoming 2011. I don't how much I'll be on here but believe me when I say I think of you all often & the things I've learnt on here help me every day.
muchos bearhugs
