That might be me done too for Dec - not sure yet if I'll have a drink tomorrow or not.
I thought it through in my head today and thought - make a nice tea then watch some TV and go to bed before midnight. Then thought back to the last time I did this which would around age 15 so quite a long time ago now! Then another thought popped in to say why not have a glass of red wine with dinner and then use the rest up in a casserole the next day? So the thoughts swing around my head each wanting attention.

Lots of lovely AF'ness :T
I'm going to be AF tonight, surprised myself by getting to now without any bells (not even Christmas ones) so its off to put the kettle on for me.
This time I haven't smoked since 6th Jan 2014 and still going ok.
Fingers crossed x0 -
Hi all,
Just a quick post. I have been feeling really rough with a nightmare flu (yes definately a proper flu, not man flu) I had an AF day yesterday and another this evening.... Truthfully I couldn't face a drink just now....
I hope everyone is doing ok0 -

That's me done, too, for December.
I'd like to add my thanks to ISOM, for having the brilliant idea of starting this thread.:A
Like others, I have made changes to my lifestyle that I only dreamed of two years ago and made some lovely virtual friends along the way. Thank you everyone for your support:T
At the risk of getting too sentimental....
Where's my reindeer?
14AF please Shaggy:D
and a HUGE thank you for keeping score and those great pictures every morning, much appreciated:T
And also to Pen for the mini-challenges which are very motivating when the month seems very long. Thank You.0 -

As for me I am still not smoking and cant imagine I ever will again! Drinking wise all well - do drink but its controlled and even though I have alch in the house I often ignore it. Weight is another issue compleatly lol so thats the one to tackle this year! Food has always been an issue for me so am continuing my councelling (got it from work but will now pay him privately) in an attempt to crack this one for once and for all.
So my wish for you my friends is that this is YOUR year and that for those struggling that alcohol becomes less of an issue..happy new year!
Just want to add my thanks to you.:)
This thread has helped to change so much for so many of us.
Happy New Year ISOM and thank you once again.

AFD yesterday ... 12 for me.
And that'll be it for me I suspect. Going to be sharing a bottle of Cava with a neighbour tonight.
So pleased to have found this place as I reckon I wouldn't have done half as many without the incentive of posting here and reading about all your efforts!
