Evening all
BHB - :grouphug:. Its definately the holibobs that gets people like this. Which is why I've been a complete bah humbug and have taken all my dec's and tree down this afternoon. Its like normal life is on hold - and we all feel we have to eat and drink to excess before normal life interferes again. Thats certainly normally true for me over crimbo.
Well I hauled myself round Sainsbugs. OH couldn't understand why I needed to go shopping - am sure he thinks xmas food will last well into March :rotfl:Doesn't occur to him you can't make much of a meal out of a tin of Heroes, half a box of cheese crackers and half a dozen withering sprouts!!:rotfl:
Having a few glasses of wine tonight. Onto Christmas Book number 2 - Masterchef cookbook. Or the knitting for beginners book my Mum bought me in a charity shop today (my mission for the new year is to learn how to knit!!)
DB - enjoy your curry!

Evening all, would it be ok to join in please? Stumbled across this and whilst our house deal is to drink the remnants of all remaining alcohol dregs prior to New Years Day, I am totally up for cutting back, cutting down after that - no shopping to be done until 17th January and as there will be nothing in the cupboards, that should be 16 days down (not counting NYD as likely to be up late!) As I drink at least four times a week, I would like to try for 20 AFD for January.
