I'm out tonight too bearcuus. I'll be dancing (Scottish) so soft drinks are best and I just need to refuse a glass with supper. I find visualising a nice hot cup of tea or a latte on the way home helps. Then I just come in and put the kettle on before temptation strikes. We'll compare notes tomorrow;)
Oooh, you off to a Caelidh? (sp?!) Been to a few in my time. Had a fantastic time and, as you say, soft drinks are best to keep you hydrated! Have a fab time!!!
