In my case getting back into the habit so quickly is because it's an addiction. If I had a drink tonight, I would of bought a botlle on the way home, I would of drunk all weekend and on and on and on.

For me, I couldn't 'cut down' I had to stop.

Had a horrible day at work today and cramps, so was feeling sorry for myself when I got home. I really thought I was going to have a couple of glasses of wine tonight, but after a bath I felt a bit better and had a glass of coke and then a cranberry juice (in a wine glass), so no hangover for me tomorrow. :j

So, AF yesterday and today, which is 3 AFDs so far this month.

What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.
