To China, India and Africa, of course, where it costs ten pence a day instead of the, what, £30k a year that taxpayers are currently stumping up per head of evil scum thug. And they can all break rocks in the hot sun and be thrashed by thug guards and thug prisoners on a daily basis, that’ll soon learn’em some manners and make them very much not want to go back to nick, unlike the current situation in which hundreds of thousands of savages have no fear of nick at all and sit around taking drugs and watching telly all day while they’re inside! Yes, it’s punishment but it’s so soft and the sentences are nearly always so short that it’s little or no deterrent and most convicted crims are bang at it again the day they get out. Almost total failure, no rehabilitation, no deterent hence massive crime problem everywhere all the time.

Actually if you look at the race crime figures you’ll find that a certain type are responsible for 80% of the mugging and on average do 5 to 20 times as much crime as other sorts. Regarding home grown subhuman savages I’d stick corks in all the women and cut off all the men’s knackers and wear them round my neck in an enormous necklace. And I’d declare half of London as biohazard zones and put big walls up around them, I’d send all the thugs away to any country that will imprison them dirt cheap, I’d only allow foreigners to stay if they’re crime free and not on the dole and if their home countries won’t take them back and if China and Africa won’t take them I’d chuck’em all in the sea or have them all minced up for dog food.

I’d also have relationship and marriage classes taught to all teenagers in school and I’d require all people to take a competence and fitness and financial test before being allowed to have kids. You have to pass a driving test before you’re let loose on the roads but currently millions of grossly unfit people produce millions of grossly unfit kids and the cycle keeps repeating and taxpayers have to pay for a lot of it and decent citizens are being attacked, mugged, burgled and defrauded at will by hordes of backward unevolved barbarian knuckle draggers. I’d have all kids at school taught to do buying and selling on ebay, amazon, loot, car boot sales and market stalls so that they’ve all got a chance of earning some money instead of millions of them having to go on the dole and or turn to crime as is currently the case.

And I’d put about 80% of all politicians for the last 50 years in the stocks that I’d set up in every high street and I’d have them on show every Saturday from midday to midnight with rotting fruit being thrown at them – but no rocks (as were thrown in times gone past) as actually we want them still alive for next week’s show.

What else would I do? Hmm, that’ll do for starters. I’ll probably think of some more in a min, watch this space…

Hoemowners should be allowed to use all means necessary to remove the vermin that are squatters. Only those who have never worked hard to own their own property would defender squatter scum. I cannot believe that squatters actually have rights. The law is barking mad.

Not true, unfortunately.

But squatters have only one right and that is that you may not use undue force to remove them. Really anything goes, if you want to smash your own door down in order to gain entry, you can. Use a locksmith to gain entry, you can. Just don't duff 'em up. They will frequently put up a notice with some legal double dutch on it, take no notice, do what you have to do. If you decide to go the legal route it should take no more than a couple of weeks to get the PO.

Of course, if they attack you then that's a different matter, so always have your mobile phone recording the action.

I read on another forum about a bloke this happened to, - his Dad owned a security company which fits security screens to buildings, - his firm fitted security screens to all the windows and doors so the squatters could not get out. After 48 hours they were begging them to let them out, - they did, and they all left.

I’ve been in touch with the London and England squatting scene for 35 years and I also know some Euro squatters from Germany, France etc. None of the squatters that I know and have known would ever consider breaking into someone’s house while they’re in residence or about to move in. Or gone out for the day or weekend. Or doing up their place. When they scope places they always decide that ones with residents aren’t available for cracking.

However, as is illustrated in these reports, some east Europeans and Italians, for instance, don’t make that distinction and have broken into people’s homes.

Because that’s unusual and outrageous – and nasty, antisocial and stupid – and also because they’ve several times robbed the occupiers’ possessions and threatened violence, they’ve been reported in the newspapers and on the television news. That’s why this thread features east Europeans and Italians, cos it’s them that are doing the nasty idiot stuff.

None of my friends and acquaintances behave like that, the squatters I know are mostly relatively civilised.

However, I did also, 30 years ago, meet a large network of extremely brutal, predatory and nasty criminal English squatters, so there are also home grown thugs on the squat scene as well as the foreigners.

So, regarding xenophobia, in the interests of balance, here’s some info about some interesting famous English squatters who successfully did adverse possession, who I posted about on the thread Squatters Rights a year ago :

Adverse possession in England and Wales is after 12 years for unregistered land and for registered land prior to 13 Oct 2003 the period was 12 years. If the claimant cannot prove 12 years adverse possession before 13 Oct 2003 the relevant period is 10 years. For Crown land 30 years and Crown foreshore 60 years ie property owned by royalty, and there have been some cases of people successfully claiming royal property which I read about a while ago but sorry I can’t remember where so I haven’t got links to hand. And apparently it’s generally 5 years in California and 30 years in Texas which I found interesting as I’d previously been under the impression that squatting was illegal in America, as it is in Scotland and Canada, for instance.

In England and Wales a key way to assert your claim is to register the property with the land registry. When claiming land it is sometimes suggested to put up a fence to assert your ownership. There are various ways of proving the 12 or 30 years and sometimes it requires a battle. One of the criteria is that the previous owners have not asserted their ownership during the period in question which is supposedly why “London’s oldest squatted street” in St Agnes Place failed in their claims in 2006 and 2007 despite having been in occupation since 1969. It probably also didn’t help their cases that there was a big drug bust and that it had been a magnet for “antisocial behaviour” for a lot of its history.

Some people I knew in London in the 1970s were getting very excited during the 12th year and were telling everyone of their impending good fortune which might be what flushed out the long lost landlord who suddenly turned up at 11 years and 10 months and laid claim to his lovely big house and scuppered all their dreams of owning it and making lots of money out of it, with only 2 months left to go! Oh no, what a disappointment, after all that mounting excitement, so close – and yet so far! The horse fell at the final hurdle. And, just to add insult to injury, he even started charging them rent again after all those years of living for free while he was awol, what a drag.
