My bf actually thought I was joking two years ago when I said this and bought me 1 pair at £3.99! I had told him go to Matalan and buy me about 10 pairs of the £1 socks, he said he really thought I was joking as most people hate to get socks for christmas and here I was asking for them! So last year I made it very clear I wasnt joking hahaha

Luckily DH buys me these every christmas, and I usually get a couple of little surprise gifts too - this Christmas is going to be the tightest we've ever had, so we're focussing on DS rather than each other.

I generally don't ask for anything for christmas, but last year I asked for 2 finger print charms - one off each of the children. Hubby paid and they did the prints and my birthday is not long after christmas, so I said that that would be my christmas and birthday all rolled into one

This yr, if i'm pushed - money towards my next tattoo as it's likley to be a bit of a biggie

As a general rule though I much prefer seeing the kids open their presents - that's enough of a present for me
