Can I keep a mobile phone for personal use on contract? I havent got a land line. My girlfriend had advised me to change my number so creditors cant contact me. can i do that?

Not sure i think the bank just realised the lady i spoke to at the OR's office said they wouldnt as it was a joint acount! they let us pay all our monthly pay in 2 hours before they froze it i went into it on my post " desperate please help" so i wont giive the full story again lol

because we want to keep the house we only owe 24k on it and were made bankrupt for just £9000 thw house is worth about £110k but we couldnt remortgage due to bad credit rating! If only i had found this site earlier ho hum....

lol we didnt go opt for it when i rang solicitors they asked why oh had not been to court as we had sorted out the debt with the company and made a token payment of £1500 and then £100 pound a month. The solicitors went ahead anyway and the first we knew of it was when we received the letter from OR!!!
