Yes mike I was up early this morning!! 3.45 to be precise!! utter madness!! I disconnected my home phone last night I had a phone call at 9.40!! Don't know who it was though i said hello three times - she said oh hello can i speak to miss sarah xxxxxx and down it went :rotfl:

well the paperwork the court gave me back including my online petition only goes up to section 12 .i whats the choice option as i recall filling that part in .

Can i join please my husband was declared bankrupt on Oct 8th and we are skint, depressed and bloody annoyed!!!
But apart from that ok lol

Someone on the other forum told me CT is not included if you are not in arrears and I should coninue to pay it. they also said I would have to account for the money I draw out before the bankruptcy. Do I have to account for all of it or do I just say its for general living expenses? They said there is a bit on the form for cash in hand. Does this mean they willtake whatever I have cash in hand from me for the creditors?

Hate it. Its being anulled on the 22nd Dec (fingers crossed) am struggling because the day my ohs monthly wages went in the bank was the same day they froze the bloody account!
