Well, my DDs have not been covering the eectric so there is a bill outstanding of about 80 quid. Gas is ahead. Does Council tax office get informed and write to me?

Another question. Will i have to write to any of creditors or will my IP in the IVA do that? Also, do I haveto inform Student Loans to start up my account again as it is not included in BR?

I've sought advice on bankruptcy and been told that it is a viable option for me (from Payplan)as I have no assets to protect and am struggling with my IVA.

Yes mike I was up early this morning!! 3.45 to be precise!! utter madness!! I disconnected my home phone last night I had a phone call at 9.40!! Don't know who it was though i said hello three times - she said oh hello can i speak to miss sarah xxxxxx and down it went :rotfl:
