I think whatever anyone says sometimes is up for misinterpritation (sp..) however if info given is incorrect, then it must be corrected, and indeed I have been corrected many times. I think we need to continue without the attitude that seems to have developed on here latley.0

In that case, can I ask again about my previous posting regarding my partners daughter? Do I list her as a dependant or not?

I would have put it if it were mine. They can only say no and ask you to change the figures.

Mike
Ok thanks, I'm being a bit paranoid about being found fraudulent. I am not fraudulent at all, but still paranoid. Is that normal?

Absolutely normal.:)
I went BR in Dec 2006 (with OH) and worked myself up into a right state! I was so worried that I had filled in the forms "wrong" and went over and over them. On the actual day our appointment was 1 hr before our "judgement" time so the clerk could look over the forms and we could change anything that needed to be changed. It turned out that our forms were fine and he sent us away to have a coffee as it only took him 10 mins to do all the paperwork!
I think it's because it feels so "official" and to do with the law, that we get so worried about it.
Keep asking questions on here - that is what kept me sane.0 -
