Doesn't expecting the unexpected make the unexpected become the expected?;)

Again, Mike you're right:
Guidance Notes for Completion of your Statement of Affairs (Debtor’s Petition) Form Under Section 272 of the Insolvency Act 1986
Guide to Section 5 – Bank Accounts and Credit Cards
1. The Official Receiver will need to establish the details of all bank accounts and credit cards held by you either solely or jointly. Full details of all accounts and credit cards held by you either solely or jointly in the last two years should be provided.
Again, what the OR's do with the information is not really of relevance here, its what you are required to provide what matters.
I would hate for anyone to end up with a BRU/O for appearing to withold details of bank accounts or credit cards because they have only provided details from the last six months.

yes, I've got that on the paper forms, but not on the online ones? I'm using the online ones now.

I wonder if that was because you had a business? From what I know the OR's are more delving when a business is involved.0 -
Hi guys. We've not posted since early December - we just wanted to get Christmas over and done with before we started down the big 'B' route. Also we were off line for a month thanks to BT and Sky not talking to each other! We've now been to CAB, with another appointment tomorrow afternoon. We are going to loose the house but wondered if anyone has been in the same situation as us?
We have £80K negative equity in our property because of secured loans. The CAB is advising that we let the mortgage company and loan company take the house back. We are then left with £80K debt which then becomes unsecured. We then file for bankruptcy and the £80K will be wiped out. Would you say this is correct?
Also we are worried about being homeless with a 3 and 6 year old. We understand that we are not eligible for council housing so would have to look at private renting. How does bankruptcy effect our ability to rent privately? Do agencies do credit checks etc? Advice on this would be much appreciated.
It's all a huge mess and although we're trying to take it one step at a time it it's very daunting and worrying :-(In 2010 I would like money left at the end the month rather than more month left at the end of the money!!

Provide details for the last two years.
Who said anything about withholding anything?
The question on the SoA form asks for the account number for credit cards and loans and the date they were acquired.
As I said, the details of acquisition are on your CRF.
The Statements are required for two years - if you have got them - most people do not have them and it is not a problem.
Why do you persist in shooting me down in flames with EVERY post?
Also, why do you think I am trying to get people into trouble - which is what you are trying to say?0
