I must be being daft then cos I can't see it. It DOES have a bit for your car, but I'm just getting confused because it says to ALSO put it in 3.1. I couldn't see a bit in 3.1 that looked relevant. I just want it all to go smoothly, thats all.

Who said anything about withholding anything?

The question on the SoA form asks for the account number for credit cards and loans and the date they were acquired.
As I said, the details of acquisition are on your CRF.

Why do you persist in shooting me down in flames with EVERY post?

Also, why do you think I am trying to get people into trouble - which is what you are trying to say?

Please read my post properly, I said`I would hate for anyone to end up with a BRU/O for appearing to withold details.

You are asked to provide details for the last two years, so thats what you do, end of story! Dont confuse matters by speculating that the OR's will only go back six months, it is irrelvant, and confusing.

I am not `shooting you down in flames with EVERY post`, just clarifying and correcting incorrect information.

You have been told before about posting incorrect information, but continue doing so, or putting you interpretation of things, which is very dangerous if people follow some of the things you have said.

I have not said you are not trying to get people into trouble, I am simply saying that providing incorrect information may lead to people getting into problems if they act on it.

This has been brought to your attention before, but you continue to take little notice of it.

Doesn't expecting the unexpected make the unexpected become the expected?;)

Remember, posts here are just the informed views of someone with similar experiences to your own or with some basic understanding of the issues.
Please remember, if in doubt, seek professional advice!

In 3.1 you list your car is "machinery, plant and equipment" ! Sounds daft, I know, but that is the relevant section.

Since you persist in turning around every question posed and every reply that I give, I shall simply ignore you.

I have NOT given incorrect information to anyone, including with reference to Payplan.

You have a hidden agenda with Payplan - we all know it
  • I dont want to get involved with the above.

But the info on Payplan was incorrect, as was the 6 month thing too.... and the myvista on your sig is an 'advert' for them... Sorry about that but they were just points ive picked up this morning.

There are plenty of examples of misinformation, if you choose not to accept that, that is your choice.

The purpose of any corrections is for the benefit of the members.

As for the `Hidden Agenda with Payplan`, totally untrue, I have no connection with them whatsoever, as previously stated I am currently not working and caring for my disabled son.

Finally, who are the `we` in `we all know it` ?

You seem to get very bitter and twisted about anyone correcting anything you have posted which isn't right, a shame really, because some of your posts have been quite helpful for some people.

I have already explained the six month thing - that was taken completely out of context and you know it. What I said was that the OR is most interested in credit taken out in the six months prior to bankruptcy, which is perfectly true and they will investigate that more deeply than credit taken two years ago.

I am allowed to put Myvesta on my signature since they were the Company I would recommend to anybody since they were the only ones who did help me in my very bleak situation

You have not criticied Less for advertising the payplan site that he is involved with.

I know that you were with Payplan and that was just fine for you.

None of my info on Payplan was incorrect. Not one word of it.

Whatever you wish to believe about Payplan is entirely up to you - when folks from Payplan perpetuate "myths" about their own company on the DFW board it is blatant misrepresentation.
  • Now, perhaps, we can all get on with the purposes of the Board.
