Hi Nohope, lets change your name for a start, I shall call you some Hope, cos we have all been where you are at some point in our lives.
Call someone Chat on here anything but that.
Just remember it won't just be yourself you hurt, what about your family, friends and those who have to pick up the pieces after you.

Sw, i don't think i have enough petrol to get there, otherwise i would. I don't know if i have the courage either.

The samaritans can't solve any of my problems. No one can. I'm tired, i've got nothing left to give, i'm completely drained, back at rock bottom again

In someways I'm glad to hear you are low on petrol.
Look I'm not always the cheeriest person in the world either. Folks think I am indestructable with the skin of a rhino. What they see and what the reality is are very different. If it hadn't been for my mates on here and the information I found, I could well be you.

There isn't anything we cant help you get sorted. Sometimes it takes a while but sorted it will be.

Just have a look at some of the people on here that have got their lives back and try to draw on their experience.
