I've got my appointment today. I don't even know what time is supposed to be. I'll have to ring up, and ask, in fact i'm not even sure it was today, maybe it was tuesday. But then i suppose i would have heard. I should have cancelled it, but its too late now. Why the bh am i going, it makes no difference, anyway, and i'll be suffering for the rest of the day, yuk. I've no emotions about it, still, no wish, to address it. I'll have to go and pretend i'm fine. When they ask how i am, i'll have to try and stop myself bursting into tears. Its all a farce.Trying to pretend theres nothing wrong in my life, when its fallen apart, there is no life.

Maybe i should refrain from writing my innermost thoughts in here. It seems to me, someone has been taking ' inspiration ' from my posts, entering my comfort zone. This is no comfortable zone, to be in such a dark place
