Life after bankruptcy?

Next lot of stew slow cookering. I'm fed up of stew now, but on the plus side i've eaten relatively healthy, largely fresh food, and more importantly, for next to nothing, for a whole week. I've forgotten i have a red cabbage
so i will have to look into pickling said in the slow cooker, tomorrow. Which means i need some vinegar?
Injury doesn't appreciate being mobile, so i will have to rest for the remainder of the day, but i'm still waiting for it to stop raining for sc patrol. I have some more gel pods in the same pot. Little buga's. I also have 2 more pepper plants growing, which makes a total of 5 plants , ( 7 with the two i already have.)I estimate these should be ready to produce some time next year, and will have to continue growing inside on the window sill. Oh dear
Next year
I need to keep a diary today, as somehow, i now have lots of things to sort this week, and my short term memory is such, i've forgotten what, where, and whenI know i have an appointment for a health and fitness programme tomorrow. Oh dear. This will have to be adapted? I also need to sort through all the paperwork and letters which are now out of control, again. And i really should think about all matters tax related. Urgh

I saw a silverfish in my cottage recently and it brought back loads of memories of my Grans house (they were always scuttling around there) especially when we`d build a real fire and have fun getting her matches to light it....ahhh the good old days:o:o
Have a good day everyone and I hope the rain stops soon

Took me a while to work out why and how you lit a silverfish?

Right. All offending sc's have now been removed from the free kitchen, into temporary accomodation. Those more resourceful creatures take around two hours in their bid to escape, and freedom. This, in itself, is now becoming a problem. My bid to " save the lupins " is working, as they are doing tremendously well. I now have two pink flowered plants, ( it's a lottery.) I hope i get a different colour? My bid to save the sweet peas, also seems to be working. However, it comes at the expense of my viola's, which are now favoured food. And so the battle continues............Debt free - Is it a state of mind? a state of the Universe? or a state of the bank account?

How about giving them a neat plastic sleeping bag home before you rehome them?Never pass a chance to say you care to those in your life as we are not promised a tomorrow0

That's immoral, in fact inhumane
( what a good idea)
I can't do that, it's against my principles :rotfl:Debt free - Is it a state of mind? a state of the Universe? or a state of the bank account?

All paperwork and letters filed away again. I need some more files, and one, more specifically, labelled benefits.
All my appointments in my diary, ( i think.)
What now?

OK, so what do you call starving them of their fresh plants and putting them in substandard housing? :rotfl:Never pass a chance to say you care to those in your life as we are not promised a tomorrow0

Hey Ani, just popping in to say hello - been a bit of a 'behind' day for me as OH took me out last night and I might have one or two shandy's too many
Quick tomato update - lovely lady on Freegle gave me 6 more plants to replace the ones that got munched on - they're quite tiny atm so I'm not sure whether I'll get anything from them or not. My two remaining plants seem to be faring better with a mix of eggshell and cat litter around them so fingers crossed I might at least see some tomatoes. Little ones have been out in the sun today - OH put them out and kept moving them round the garden as the sun moved :A
Sounds like you've been busy and glad to hear you have backing from big cheese too. :TFeb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16
