I've already tried salt. Seems to no effect. My neighbour said i'll destroy the soil putting salt on. Too late now. I don't care about the garden, anyway. More things fallen to bits inside, today. It's just so depressing when you can't fix them, and can't afford to pay anyone to fix them. Every small thing is getting to me this weekend.

Salt works as a direct hit but I expect your neighbour's right about damage to the soil if it gets a lot of salt on.

What happened indoors? Anything someone here might know how to fix?

Seconding the things Angie's saying - oops, you both got in there ahead of me. :)

Sunday night's not a good time for being sociable - sending you a virtual eg or a hot choc if you prefer. I think I'm going to make one for myself while I'm at it.

How's the sc or have you not really been into that today? x

That has taken ME ages to figure out what you meant :o

    I haven't been this weekend.

I decided i couldn't afford the £40 a year membership fees. Got it at a knock down price, but still cannot realistically afford it. Shame, as you get a key to the club, and off you go, anytime you want. :(

I'm living in cloud cuckoo land. How can i afford " luxuries ", or something which might benefit my health and well being, when i can't afford my rent?

There was I thinking sc meant 'slow cooker'...

I'm really not very good at this abbreviations lark. :o

Okay, oh sleep that knitteth up the ravelled sleeve of care - where are you? And how did Shakespeare ever get away with that as an image? I suppose if you're Shakespeare you can say just about anything and people just assume it's genius.

It hasn't rubbed of on me...

However I can tell I need a rest. Hope you all get some sleep too.

    xx

Sleep well too Ani. No dreaming of MPs now. ;) Count sheep or learn how to grow beetroot. :)

Sorry it's been such a rubbish weekend. I think it's getting to everyone. The weather's enough to drag people down even without all the rest of it.

Thanks for my pms - sorry my inbox is full again and I really will make some space. Until I do so - the answer is yes. :)

I really need to get to bed - eventually. Mum's review meeting is tomorrow: not something I'm keen on but who would have thought we would have got this far? And DS1 has a job interview, and the other kiddliwinks have two days till the last of their exams. However I shall return to the real world - this is it, isn't it? - in between times. :)

Ani, I have no idea how you do it. I have quietly read your all of your diary over the last few weeks and I have to say that what you are going through is terrible and awful, and yet, even in the bleakest bits your humour, grit and determination show through
Thank you for reminding me of things

    I'm superhuman.

    Honestly.

You've read all my diary. That's impressive stuff. I couldn't contemplate reading my diary myself. In which case, what is the point in keeping it?

It has been said, it has become a way of offloading my daily thoughts, and that if one person reads and benefits, then..............

Maybe one person has read and benefited? ( scuse the pun.)

Welcome to the madhouse and feel free to join in at anytime xx
